common boundary shared between:

LUP05 -079 recorded under AFN 4
a perpetual non - exclusive easement, feet in width, being feet on each side
of the common boundary for the purpose of continued placement, and for the access,
maintenance and repair of underground utilities (except sewer) for the benefit of
Parcel D.
Agreement _ Covenants to run with the land:
It is expressly declared that the easement shall be deemed a covenant, running with
the land and shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of parties, their
respective heirs, successors and or assigns obtaining title to all or any portion of the
Mulroney property.
