Legal description: Grant of Utilities Easement.
Mulroney hereby grants warrants and conveys to future property owners
along common boundary shared between:
Parcels B & C, Montana Addition, Blk 19 as defined in Lot Line
Adjustment LUP05 -079 recorded under AFN c�T
a perpetual non - exclusive easement, 10 feet in width, being 5 feet on each
side of the common boundary for the purpose of continued placement, and
for the access, maintenance and repair of a private water line for the benefit
of Parcel D.
Agreement _ Covenants to run with the land:
It is expressly declared that the easement shall be deemed a covenant,
running with the land and shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit
of parties, their respective heirs, successors and or assigns obtaining title to
all or any portion of the Mulroney property.
