FOR a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the GRANTOR, the City of Port Townsend, owner
of the above mentioned property hereby grants, conveys, establishes and creates a perpetual non- exclusive easement to the
GRANTEE, the City of Port Townsend, its successors and assigns, for the placement, maintenance, construction,
reconstruction, repair and upkeep of a thirty -inch diameter sanitary sewer and a non - motorized transportation trail, together
with the rights of ingress, egress, and regress, over, under, along and across the following described portion of the above
referenced property:
The twenty -foot wide sanitary sewer easement as shown on the attached "Exhibit A"
This easement is for the purpose of preserving the described property for utility purposes. This agreement shall be binding
upon the Owner, Owner's successors and assigns, and personal representatives, and the easement is acknowledged and
declared to be a covenant running with the above- mentioned land.
