Customer Goal (Demand Side): WUE Goals: Overall water use has been on general declining trend despite a growing population and 2010 use equates to 72,000,000 gallons of water savings compared to 2004. 2010 per capita water use averaged 95 gallons which is more than a 29% reduction from use six years ago.
