RESOLUTION NO 8219
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
WITH THE PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND
FOR PARK PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the lease
agreement marked Exhibit A attached hereto and though fully setforth
herein in behalf of the City of Port Townsend with the Port of Port
Townsend to provide the city with additional land for park purposes
near the Kah Tai Lagoon for a
period of 30 years from the date of
signature
