NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows: Effective January 1, 2011, the fees for various applications and permits as set forth in Exhibits A, B, and C (attached hereto and incorporated by reference) are hereby established. Changes from fees adopted in Resolution 06-037 (approved January 2, 2007) and fees formerly in PTMC 3.36.020 are shown in strikeout and double underline (strikeout is deleted, double underlined is added) on the attached exhibits.
