Home My WebLink About79-009 RESOLUTION NO. 79-0q A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVI: The Mayor and City Clerk are here and hereby authoNized and directed to enter into an agreement with Jefferson County for the providing of animal control services by the City animal control department, in accord with the agreement hereunto attached and by this reference incorporated herein the same as though a part hereof. The City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to accept payment in accord with said agreement, to be credited to the general fund, and to procesS% issue and honor vouchers and warrants for such purposes.
