A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PUD
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DUJARDIN DEVELOP-
MENT COMPANY AND FOR RECORDING OF THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Dujardin Development Company, a Washington corpora-
tion, has petitioned for a Planned Unit Development for the purpose
of construction, development, maintenance and operation of a senior
citizen apartment building near Hancock and 9th Streets in the
City of Port Townsend, along with a request to vacate portions
of 8th and McClellan Streets abutting said proposed development,and
WHEREAS~ following consideration and public hearings by the
City's Planning Commission and City Council, the City Council
has approved said planned unit development on certain terms and
conditions to be set forth by agreement and recorded of public
record in Jefferson County and be binding upon and run with the
land, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED¥ that the Mayor and City Clerk are here and
hereby authorized and directed to execute the annexed agreement
on behalf of the City of Port Townsend, with Exhibits A and B
attached thereto, with the Dujardin Development Company, providing
for the development of the apartment building and site as provided
for therein, together with related improvements and subject to
the further terms and conditions set forth in said agreement and
the Ordinances of the City.
Approved and passed by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend and signed by the Mayor on this ~ ~day of May, 1985.
