We've notified you on two occasions to pick up the permit, with a balance owing of $780.25. The code states that once a building permit is approved, the owner of the permit has 180 to begin construction (IBC 105.5). You have two options at this point, both with a deadline of November 17, 2006. The first one is to pay for and pick up the permit by that date. A Notice to Title also needs to be recorded at the County Auditor's office and returned to this department before the permit can be released to you. The Notice to Title was given to you in March of 2006. T'he second option is to submit a letter to this department requesting a 180-day extension of the permit, if you so desire. The letter would be to provide j ustifiable cause(s) for the reason(s) that your project has been delayed. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns, Mr. Brock. 'T`hank you very much. Sincerely, ~PjY~YLla W Penny Westerfield Certified Permit Technician ~, , A NATIONAL MAIN STREET COMMUNITY ;'„ „7 w ~~ WASHINGTON'S HISTORIC VICTORIAN SEAPORT
