A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMEND-
MENT TO THE TO~.rNE POINT PROPERTY USE AND DEVEL-
OPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend and the present Developers,
Jack L. Hensel and Larry W. Lammers, of the Toume Point Planned
Unit Development Phase II, desire to more specifically establish
the standards to which the roadways and signs shall be constructed
throughout Towne Point Phase II Planned Unit Development, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney for the City are here
and hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the attached
Amendment to Property Use and Development Agreement, which is by
this reference incorporated herein in its entirety as if set forth
in full, and, upon execution by the Developers, to cause the same
to be recorded with the Jefferson County Auditor.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend, ap-
proved and signed by the ~Iayor this /~ day of December, 1990.
