A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL TO
SET A FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING FOR LID

2~EREAS, the City of Port Townsend organized LID
to make sewer and related imorovements to
Northwest port Townsend

areas in
; and
I~EREAS, the construction work and improvements are now com-
pleted; and
WHEREAS, State law governing LIDs requires a Final Assessment
Roll Hearing to be held at the completion of LID projects for the
purpose of determining a Final Assessment Roll, and the Assessment
Roll has been filed with the City Clerk; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Town-
send that a hearing upon the Final Assessment Roll for LID #1,
Seaview Sewer,
shall be held on December 17, 199 1, at the hour of 7:00
p.m. at the City.Council Chambers, City Hail, 540 Water Street,
Port Townsend, Washington, by the City Council, and the City Clerk
is directed to give notice of such hearing as required by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and ap-
proved by the Mayor this 5th day of November , 199 1.
