A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CITY DOCK WITH
JOHNSON COASTLINE, INC.
The City of Port Townsend owns and is responsible to
maintain the City Dock; and
City Dock is presently determined to be unsafe and in
need of extensive repairs; and
City Council has identified this project as a priority
for 1992 and has obtained financial aid for the project;
Friends of City Dock have laid out an appropriate time
line for this work, including the interviewing and
hiring of an engineering firm,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO,SEND
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign this contract agreement for
engineering services with Johnson Coastline, Inc. ~0~ ~ ~c~
Adopted by the City Council of the Ci~.~f Port~ownsend and signed
