A RESOLUTION OF THE CffY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSU,MNT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS,
Wilfred Cadwell has agreed to construct an fi-inch water line in Swaney
Street between 7th and 8th Streets within the service area of the City of
Port TOwnsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS,
Wilfred Cadwell wishes to enter into an Agreement with the City of Port
Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for payment of
the costs of such improvement, and for partial reimbursement by subsequent
users or connectors to the system,
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the payment of the costs
of construction of the utility line by t_he person set forth herein, and for such person to be
reimbursed by subsequent users or connectors onto said utility line.
