A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS, Bishop Brothers Construction has constructed or caused to be contructed a 6-inch
water line in 6th Street and in Horton Street in Irondale within the service area
of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, Bishop Brothers Construction wishes to enter into an Agreement with the City of
Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for partial
reimbursement of the costs of such improvement by subsequent users or
connectors to the line,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the partial reimbursement
of the costs of construction of the utility line by the entity named herein through payments from
subsequent users or connectors to said utility line.
