A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF AN ALLEY
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public heating on Street Vacation
Application No. 9403-06 from Mike and Karen Hamilton. The proposal, if approved, would
vacate the western most 252 feet of the alleyway in Block 24 of Hastings 3rd Addition to the
City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, July 18, 1994, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 6 day of June, 1994.
