A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public heating on Street Vacation
Application No. 9411-03. The proposal, if approved, would vacate 1) that portion of 18th
Street lying between the westerly line of Grant Street and the westerly line of Sherman
Street, and 2) that portion of Hendricks Street lying, between the southerly line of Old
Discovery Road and the southerly line of 18th Street, all within blocks 117, 118, 133 and
134 in the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, March 20, 1995, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 21 day of February, 1995.
