Inspector ______ .____ Date _ ----__._T.. _.._._- ~. (.~~ MEMO TO RECORD 12/1 /2004 I visited the site at 3029 3St" St in the company of Tom Aumock. We parked in an obvious parking area and did not walk around. There was no evidence of a day care center or school for children being operated. There were no toys or playground equipment normally associated with children. There was no reason to believe that there was a school on this site. I noticed one small building of less than SOOsf. One large two story residence. One plastic type green house which Tom indicated also housed a pool. To the north there was what appeared to be one large dodecagon and a Tipi which looked to have a diameter of thirty feet, two large two story barns. There were smaller buildings and may have been more larger buildings which we did not see due to the fact that we did not conduct a search, but merely observed from the parking area. The county assessor's report shows only one residence and one shed. In 2000 a mechanical permit was taken out to install propane equipment. This permit, MEC00-064 has not been given a final inspection. John Goodrick
