Northeasl corner of Fir and F Street in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County,
Washington; thence Northerly along the East line of said Fir Street, 85 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING, thence continuing Northerly along the East line of said Fir Street, 73 feet;
thence Easterly af right angles, 132 feetto the West line of Tax No. 38 (as said Tax No. 38 is
described in th,at ceiain dJed recorded in Volume 36 of Deeds on page 523);thence Southerly
along the West line of said Tax No. 38, 78 feet, thence Westerly at right angles 132 feet to the
trueloint of beginning. Situate in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington.
EASEMENT LOCATION: Except as maybe otherwise set forth herein, Grantee's rights
shall be exercised upon that portion of the Property (the "Easement Area'' herein) that is twelve
(12) feet in widttL more particularly described above.

L. Purpose. Grantee shall have the right to use the Easement Area to construct, use,
inspect, maint;in, repair, replace, improve, remove and enlarge a sewer line, together with the
rigilt of access over,;pon und acros; said Property to enable Grantee to exercise its rights
hJreunder. Following any work by Grantee within the easement area, Grantee shall restore the
surface of the ptoperty substantially to it's immediately pre-existing condition'
2. Grantor's Use of Easement Area. Grantor agrees not to erect any structures on said
Easement Area, and further agrees not to place trees, rockeries, fences or other obstructions on
the Property that would interfere with the exercise of Grantee's rights herein.
3. Duration. This easement shall be perpetual.
4. Easement Runs with Land. Grantors agree that the easement and rights granted
hereunder shall run with and benefit the following real property presently owned by the
Grantees, to wit:
A tract of land located in Section 2, Township 30 Nort[ Range 1 West, W'M., described
as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of a Tract of land deeded to Andrew Erickson
and the North line of Cointy Road now "F' Street; thence northerly along the eastline of said
Erickson trad,221 feet; thence at right angles easterly 114 feet; thence southerly at right angles
220 feetto the north line of "F" Street; thence westerly along the north line of "F" Street 114 feet
to the place ofbeginning. Situate in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington.
