Appearance of Fairness:
Berg acknowledged he was consulted on
kitchen shelter project (HPC23-021) but
received no compensation for it and felt he
could review the project impartially. Seeing
no objections, Berg was not asked to recuse
himself.

Todd announced to HPC the city's plans for

For Item B, Kris Nelson on behalf of Main
Street announced their request for an HPC
member appointment to serve on their HUD
facade improvement loan program
committee. This same Main Street
committee will also review applications for
the LENT Low Interest Loan Program, which
is intended to help businesses experiencing
