December 3l ,2A24 and may be extended by mutual written agreement to December 3 I , 2025. Should
either party desire to change or modify this Agreement written notice must be given to the other party
six (6) months in advance.

Upon expiration of the above-referenced Collective Bargaining Agreement,the Employer agrees to continuc to contribule to the
Trust in the same amount snd manner as required in the Collective Bargaining Agreement unlil such time as the Employer and the
