A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
THE 1999 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND THE 6 YEAR
PLAN.

WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend is responsible to the Department of Transportation for
the preparation of Transportation Improvement Program documents lining out
proposed improvements to City streets; and
The City is further required by law to conduct a public hearing regarding yearly
amendments and changes to the Transportation Improvement Program and the 6
Year Plan; and
These documents are to be provided to the State by June 30, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, to
set June 1, 1998, as the date for Public Hearing for the 1999 Transportation Improvement
Program and the 6 Year Plan.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor this 4th day
of May, 1998.
