A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FOR STREET VACATION APPLICATION NO. LUP 98-10; CONDITIONALLY
APPROVING VACATION OF THE INTERIOR ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 6-10 AND
LOTS 11-15 OF BLOCK 26 OF THE FOWLER'S PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend has considered Street Vacation
Application NO. LUP 98-10 (Arthur Karno Alley Vacation), and following due notice has held a
public hearing upon the application;
NOW THEREFORE, City Council hereby accepts and adopts the findings of fact, conclusions
and project conditions dated May 4, 1998.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend in regular session assembled this
4th day of May, 1998.
