CAUTION: External Email
Just a point of clarification, in Exhibit C the map has the “Raccoon Lodge” on the boarder
between 1323 and 1320 Clay street. This should be 1320 and 1310 Clay street.

Subject: Public Art Committee Meeting, Thursday April 20th at 3pm
Good afternoon Kevin, Sean, Catherine, Kara and Charles,
This is just a reminder about the Public Art Committee meeting next Thursday, April
th
20 at 3pm in Council Chambers, for those who are planning to attend. I just talked
with Kevin and he plans to submit his presentation for the Racoon Lodge on Monday.
Kevin - I’ve cc’d Lonnie Mickle our Deputy Clerk on this email, as he is the person you
should email your PowerPoint presentation to. Or just reply all to this email and then
everyone will have a copy.
If you have any questions before the meeting please let us know. Thanks and have a
good weekend.
