again, I opened up one of your ernoi|s which had
ADU in the subject line
this structure will not be a rentable ADU as
once planned
my rea|torand I agreed that in this economic
environment if sell my house I may not recover
the cost ofmn ADU ...
if new owner wants to have an ADU, he/she
can expense it - but it is not worth my risk of
capital
iannmeeting with nnybuilding team over the
weekend before Igofinal on my plans,
the paperwork for 8LD09-011 isfor o modest
office with a 198 square footprint. i think
a garage of the same dimension is an even
more modest and useful structure (I currently
have no garage or carport) and I situated this
structure with garage setbacks in mind if
that was the direction I ended up going
