Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m.
Approval of Agenda The agenda was unanimously approved.
Approval of Minutes for September 1, 2021 Meeting The minutes of September 1, 2021 were approved 5-0
(Nhatt abstained) with the deletion of the second clause in
the first sentence under "2022 budget request" and a
clarification about the budget request amount.

Chair's Report Staff will add the wording approved by the Commission in
