A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
DECLARING TERRY L. KURTZBEIN, OF KURTZBEIN CONSTRUCTION, TO BE
THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION OF ~ PORT TOWNSEND POLICE FACILITY UPGRADE.
the City Cbuncil executed a professional services agreement with Little & Little
Construction in project management services for repair of the Port Townsend
Police Facility; and
the project manager, Little & Little Construction, has solicited and received bids
from the City of Port Townsend Small Works Roster, for this construction work
in a fair and timely fashion, in accordance with City and State bidding laws; and
Little and Little Construction and the City of Port Townsend has found David J.
Kartzbein, ofKurtzbein Constmfion, to be the lowest responsive responsible
bidder for general construction of the Port Townsend Police Facility Upgrade,
N O W T It E R E F O R E
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby authorize the City
Manager to sign a contract with David J. Kurtzbein, of Kurtzbein Construction, in the mount of
$8631.96, for general construction of the Port Townsend Police Facility.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the City Manager this
7th day of September, 1999.
