Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m.
Approval of Agenda The agenda was unanimously approved with one change—
adding a discussion of the poet laureate proposal after
"Request to Amend 2021 Workplan."
Approval of Minutes for August 4, 2021 Meeting The minutes of August 4, 2021 were unanimously approved.

Request to Amend 2021 Workplan & Poet Laureate There was consensus to discuss changes to the poet
Proposal laureate proposal before discussing the workplan item
City Attorney Heidi Greenwood gave an overview of the City's request form. Commissioners suggested typographical edits
workplan process and showed new forms developed to help and voted unanimously to accept Jason's revised draft of the
advisory boards add items to the City's workplan. Requests to poet laureate proposal as edited and to recommend that it
add or modify workplan items will go to the City Manager first be forwarded to the City Manager.

2022 Budget Request There was general agreement to have Diane and Dan write
