I forgot to note on the forms that a PT Police Officer stopped by in the morning and spent about 15-20 minutes with me observing the traffic. He concurred with the move of the flashing sign to the west and that the crosswalk at McClellan has a lot of pedestrian traffic BEFORE the flashing light starts operating. He took my name and address and was going to report through his channels. I would recommend a traffic load and speed study about a half a block W of McClellan. Unexpectedly heavy and fast, also several cars failed to stop when groups of pedestrians were waiting at the crosswalk (but not on the street). Discovery seems to be an escape from Sims to get in and out of town fast. Why not a speed table and flashing speed sign as on San Juan??? Lots of little kids. Joe ;-{
