Topic Motions«Recommendation/Action
Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m.
Approval of Agenda The agenda was unanimously approved with an understanding
that the poet laureate discussion would be moved to the next
meeting if Nhatt Nichols was not present for it.
Approval of Minutes for March 3, 2021 Meeting The minutes of March 3, 2021 were unanimously approved.
Public Comment None
2021 Commission Workplan —Artist Survey Update The Commission will continue to check in on the project, as it will

2021 Commission Workplan — Mission Statement Nan Toby Tyrrell and Dan Groussman will work on possible

Draft Street Painting Application Staff will discuss ways to address the Commissioners' concerns
