EAMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Port To-wnsend, frola 1905 to 1928 owned and
operated a water supply line between City Lake and Port Townsend over a
right of way acquired from the Spring Valley Water Coinpany, and:
I= EAS, in 1928 the City of Port Townsend acquired an additional
strip of land 18-i, feet wide adjoining the west boundary of the then existing
1621 foot right of way,- and:
WHEREAS, port -ions of the original right of Tvaay are not of record
but are established by the years of use in public service, and:
UFMIREEAS, the existing right of way is now described in relation to
the now non-existent original water line, it is desired by the City of Port
Townsend to consolidate the rights of wa7)'r into one description relating
to the existing water line® This right of way to be 30 feet wide instead
of l6z feet plus 182 feet (35 feet), and to be described as a right of way30feetinwidthbeing15feetoneachsideofthecenterlineofthe
existing pipe line:
THE GRANTORS. consisting of the following parties, all of whom have
interests in, either as outright owners or sellers or purchasers on contract,,
namely:
Martin and rtle Salseina, husband and wife,
Raymond K. a - ad Vera Pedro,husb& Ind and wife
r'ltver C. and Onda A. Kilhar4 -husband and wife, U
Gordon W. and Lorraine D. Johnson, husband and wife,
A. W. and Marie Ann Haines, husband and wife,
Charles E. Gregory and Doris M. Gregory, , husband &-,.d wife,
the following described real estate in Jefferson County, State of Washington.,
to wit..
The 'W'est I of Section. 33, ToTmshiP 30 North, Range 1 West.

for the consideration of one dollar in hand paid to each of them, Grant
and Convey to the City of Port Townsend, a municipal corporation, a
perpetual easement and right, of way, being 15 feet on either side of the
water supply line as it now exists and is situated across the above
described real estate, with the right of ingress and egress to and from
said right of way for all purposes.
