Campbell City Engineer Port Townsend, Washington Dear Sira In compliance with your request please be informed that we have no objection and hereby grant to the City of Port Townsend, permission to go upon our land in Section two (2), Township 28, Range 2 West, W.M,, Jefferson County, Washington, for the purpose of doing the following work for the protection of the Port Townsend water line where it crosses Snow Creek, that is to say: To go up -stream on the left bank of the river (look- ing down -stream) with a bulkhead about six feet high. On the opposite bank of the river with the similar bulkhead extending 150 feet up from the pipe line. Below on each side the bulk- head will extend about 40 feet. Between these bulkheads to restore the original bed of Snow Creek in such a manner that the pipe line is at all times covered with at least 18 inches to 2 feet of gravel and sand.
