E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL YEN BY THESE PRESENTS,

That CROWN ZELLERBACH
CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation, hereinafter called the "Grantor",
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to the CITY OF FORT
TOWNSEND, a municipal corporation, of the State of Washington,
hereinafter called the "Grantee", a permanent easement on a strip
of land forty (40) feet in width for a water pipe line right of way
situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4
SE 1/4) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 SW 1/4)
of Section 33, Township 28 North, Range 2 West, W.M., Jefferson
County, Washington, said strip of land being twenty (20) feet in
width on each side of the center line of an existing pipe line,
the location of that portion of said existing pipe line to which
this grant of easement applies being indicated by a red line on
the drawing,, marked "Drawing 1809", attached hereto and by this re-
ference made a part hereof, and is further described as beginning
at a point on the north line of the Yi,1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 33 at a point which is East 160 feet, more or less, from
the northwest corner of said 1\1W 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and extending
in a generally Southwesterly direction across the lands of the
Grantor to a point on the west line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 33 at a point which is South 1400 feet, more or less,
from the northwest corner of said E 1/2 of the sw 1/4.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described and granted rights
unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS 'V1HEREOF, the Grantor, CROWN ZELLERBACH CORPORATION,

has caused this Easement to be executed by its duly authorized
