Said property being part of Jefferson County Assessor's Parcel No. 972 904 302. The GRANTOR(S) further grant(s) to the City of Port Townsend a temporary easement on adjoining property to be used only during construction of the above sewer and/or watermain, said temporary easement to cease upon acceptance of the sewer main, stormwater main and/or watermain for maintenance and operation by the City of Port Townsend. The said temporary easement shall be over, under, and across the following described property situated in Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: The City of Port Townsend shall have the right, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon property of the GRANTOR(S), their successors, heirs, and assigns, for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing said sewer main, stormwater main and/or watermain, or making any connections therewith; provided that such constructing, repairing, altering, or reconstructing of said sewer main, stormwater main and/or watermain, shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this right-of-way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or, in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the City of Port Townsend. Easement, Page 1 of 2 The GRANTOR(S) shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement so long as said use does not interfere with the installation and maintenance of the sewer main, stormwater main and/or watermain, and so long as no fences, permanent building, or structures are erected on said easement.
