A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR STREET VACATION OF PORTIONS OF
Z AND EBONY STREETS AND ADMIRALTY AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP02-049. The proposal, if approved, would vacate portions of the Z
Street, Ebony Street and Admiralty Avenue rights-of-way lying south of Ft. Worden State
Park.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, July 22, 2002, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this third day of June, 2002.
