HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-005 Approving the City's 2019 Stategic Project Workplan Resolution 19-005 RESOLUTION NO. 19-005 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE CITY'S 2019 STRATEGIC PROJECT WORKPLAN WHEREAS, during the January 7, 2019 business meeting, the Port Townsend City Council adopted the Council's rolling Four-Year Strategic Plan that outlines the broad initiatives and focus areas for the City; and, WHEREAS, the 2019 Strategic Project Workplan identifies the 2019 initiatives and projects that the City will accomplish in support of the strategic plan as well as the items and projects that must be completed in 2019; and, WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed workplan items, considering Council- adopted priorities as well as current and projected staff and financial resources, and recommends that the proposed 2019 Strategic Project Workplan be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, as follows: The City Council approves 2019 Strategic Project Workplan as found in Exhibit A.
