Project Update
Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Review:
Watched online video training by Phil
Olbrechts (Department of Commerce website). Copies of MRSC Practice Tips on
Electronic Communications and an excerpt of an MRSC publication for Boards and
Commissions on Requirements for Open Meetings, Minutes and Other Records. Joanna
Sanders responded to questions and would send video link/handouts to absent
members.
Transportation Project Update:

and inquired about a crosswalk at Sims and Benedict.
