HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-002RESOLUTION NO. 04-002 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON ADOPTING A NEW MEMBERSHIP AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE PORT TOWNSEND PEG ACCESS STUDIO AND CHANNELS 47 AND 48 WHEREAS, during the 2004 fiscal year budget process, the City Manager requested that city departments initiate raises of at least 20% for fees for service; and WHEREAS, a new fee schedule reflecting an increase of approximately 20% for memberships and training fees was submitted to the City Council with the PEG budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the PEG budget with revenues reflecting the increased fee schedule; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the attached 2004 PTTV Fee Schedule be adopted as of February 1, 2004. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting thereof, held this twentieth day of January, 2004.
