SUBJECT: Building Permit Extension - BLD08-001 & BLD08-002
Dear Mr. Hammer:
I have received your request for an extension of time to begin construction of the two new
residences permitted under these applications. It is my understanding that you where unable to
begin construction as planned.
In accordance with the International Building Code section L05.3.2 the permit applications can
be extended for a period of 90 days. Typically the expiration date would be calculated from the
date of application, however since the final plat was recorded on 4l0ll08I will use that date as
the reference. The original applications would therefore have expired on 9/01/08. With the
extension the new expiration date will now be l2l0Il08. In order to keep the permit applications
active work must begin prior to the expiration date or a subsequent extension would need to be
requested.
