I reviewed with Richard the construction details for the new landing and railings outside the Aldrich's
condominiums. Jonathan will be bringing in the MIP application for work in the right-of-way. Please let me know
when that is submitted so I can coordinate with Francesca on issuance of the MIP and BP. Richard will provide
contractor information. Once the MIP is reviewed and approved, and contractor information is provided, we can
issue the BP.
