the BP once the LOR has been applied for rather than reviewed, issued and recorded?

They need to do the Lots of Record process first, both for this Lot 10 and Lot I (BLD05-234) since they extended
utilities and street through SDP05-043. They were told in the Pre-App PRE05-032 they needed to do Lots of
Record, but they didn't and we didn't catch it. Now with the CHET system those kind of things won't fall through
the cracks anymorel

what you intend to build, where it will be located on your lot, and how it will be constructed.

2001 Residential Construction Checklist
Complete this form in addition to WSEC forms. Please answer the following questions
OF
New construction, or addition over 750 square feet
Must meet whole house and spot ventilation requirements, and showfull WSEC compliance as
a stand-alone project. A detached, habitable structure such as an Accessory Dwelling Unit
regardless of size must also meet these requirements.

Possible trade-offs are allowedwith the existing buildingfor WSEC compliance, such as
increasing ceiling insulation. See WSEC component performance forms.
NOTE: A house addition less than 500 sq. ft, does not require whole house ventilation.
