Permit cost is $104.50, payable at time of application submittal. Include a detailed floor plan of the family dwelling; label rooms and give location and dimensions of all doors and windows. No permit is needed to simply re-roof an existing single-family residence or duplen BED AND BREAKF'ASTS' MULTI-FAMILY and COMMERCIAL buildings alwavs require a permit for any roofingwork. Cost is based on ('Table 1-A, Buitding Permit F'ees" in the International Building Code, based on the job valuation. Plan review fee will be charged for complex projects. NOTE: Unreinforced masonry buildings shall have parapet bracing and wall anchors installed at the roof line and designed in accordance with Section 4l I of the GSREB (Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings).
