Please see the notes in CHET. The driveway width (the existing concrete driveway and the gravel access) is wider than the maximum allowed for residential of 20 ft. The condition is to narrow the width and pave or concrete any additional width up to 20 ft. or close down the existing gravel access and just use the existing concrete. Then inside the property they can widen to whatever width they need. I guess the existing gravel access was/is being used for occasional RV access. However, now that it is going to be used more regularly/daily, must comply with standards. lf they decide to use only the concrete part and widen after they are on their property, no permit from PW is required. However,lptease place thecondition that tl.* existing gravel access is to be closed off by landscaping or other means. Othenrvise, an MIP is required.
