Grantor, PORT TOWNSEND PLAZA, for and in consideration of the sum of One and no/100
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants to U.S. BANK and the CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON, and their
successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement for and right-of-way over the
following described property:
An area 94.25 feet by 50 feet, starting at the northwest corner of Tax 18 (less the West 50' of
Lots 7 and 8, Block 12) Map of the Town of Port Townsend according to the Plat recorded in
Volume 1 of Plats, page 1, in Jefferson County, Washington, together with the vacated Fillmore
Street abutting said portions of Lots 7 and 8.

for ingress and egress to the following described properties:
A. (Parcel Number 989701201) The west 50 feet of Port Townsend First Class Tidelands District
No. 68 together with the northwesterly half of vacated Front Street abutting upon said portion of
Tideland District No. 68, also knowns as the West 50 feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block 12, Map of the
Town of Port Townsend according to the Plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 1, in Jefferson
