Action: Motion to adopt the consent agenda or request to remove any individual item
from the consent agenda.

Block 5 of the Plat of Seaview Addition to the City of Port Townsend, excluding
all Street Rights-of--Way and alleys lying therein; and establishing an effective
date.

Action: Motion to adopt Ordinance 3009, Vacating all of BZocks 3, -1, and 6 and
Lots 9 through 18 of Block 5 of the Plat of Seaview Addition to the City of Fort
Townsend excluding all Street Rights-of--Way and alleys lying therein; and
establishing an effective date.
B. Ordinance 3011, Adopting a Revised Approved Color Palette for Port Townsend's
National Landmark District to Serve as a Guideline for Historic Design Review
Consistent with Chapter 17.30 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code.

Action: Motion to adopt Ordinance 3011, Adopting a Revised
Approved Color Palette for Port Townsend's National Landmark District to Sense
as a Guideline for Historic Design Review Consistent with Chapter 17.30 of the
Port Townsend Municipal Code.
C. Resolution 09-017, Establishing a Policy for Providing Complimentary Passes tc
the Municipal Pool for Qualifying Volunteers in Federally-Sponsored Volunteer
Programs that have a Direct Benefit to the City of Port Townsend.

Action: Llove to approve Resolution 09-017, Establishing a Policy for Providing
Complimentary Passes to the Municipal Pool. for Qualifying holunteers in
Federally-Sponsored Volunteer Programs that have a DirectBenefit to the City of
Port Townserul
D. Ordinance 3010, relating to acquisition by Eminent Domain of easements on
certain portions of property in the City of Port Townsend necessary for the
construction and maintenance of transportation improvements for the Upper Sims
Way improvement project; describing the public use and necessity: providing for
condemnation, appropriation and use of the easements; providing the mode of
payment of the costs of acquisition of the easements; and directing the City
Attorney to undertake proceedings in Jefferson County Superior Court in the
event direct purchase efforts are not successful.
