Ordinance 3011, Adopting a Revised Approved Color Palette for Port Townsend's National Landmark District to Serve as a Guideline for Historic Design Review Consistent with Chapter 17.30 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code. 1. Ordinance 3010, relating to acquisition by Eminent Domain of easements on certain portions of property in the City of Port Townsend necessary for the construction and maintenance of transportation improvements for the Upper Sims Way improvement project; describing the public use and necessity: providing for condemnation, appropriation and use of the easements; providing the mode of payment of the costs of acquisition of the easements; and directing the City Attorney to undertake proceedings in Jefferson County Superior Court in the event direct purchase efforts are not successful. 1.
