HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-09-05 Howard Street Interim Regulations Ordinance Public Hearing Joanna Sanders City Clerk 250 Madison, Suite 2 Port Townsend, WA 98368 360-379-5083 jsanders@cityofpt.us TO: Port Townsend Leader Classified - Legal Notice FROM: Joanna Sanders DATE: August 21, 2017 SUBJ: Notice of Public Hearing PUBLICATION DATE: August 23, 2017 _________________________________ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 5, 2017 at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA, to accept public testimony on Ordinance 3176 Related to Interim Land Use Regulations in the Vicinity of 6th and 10th Streets and Howard Street and Discovery Way; and Referring the Matter to the Planning Commission for Hearing and Review, and Providing that the Interim Regulations, Unless Extended, Will Sunset on the Earlier of Six (6) Months from the Date of Adoption of this Ordinance or the Adoption of Regulations that Supersede this Ordinance. Persons wishing to testify before the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on September 5, 2017. Ordinance 3176 is available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office on the second floor of City Hall.
