NON-MOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES Date: June 1, 2017 Time: 4:30 pm Location: City Hall 1st Floor Conference Room Members Present: Scott Walker, Pat Teal, Jolly Wahlstrom, Richard Dandridge, Hendrik Taatgen, Lys Burden Members Excused: Mike Kaill, Mark Henthorn, Joe Finn
Staff Present: City Engineer David Peterson, Deputy City Clerk Joshua Stecker
Approval of Minutes: May 4, 2017 unanimously approved
David Peterson distributed a map of potential trail projects for the Board to review. Board members will review the map at home and discuss at the next meeting. A work project was scheduled for June 18th at Kah Tai Lagoon Nature Park. David Peterson will coordinate with Parks and Facilities Director Alex Wisniewski about gravel size and providers. Scott Walker presented a draft of a letter to Council regarding the striping plan for the Water Street Overlay Project. Board members will review the letter and discuss at a future meeting. Lys Burden will edit the letter. David Peterson will bring the project plans to a future
meeting.
Next Meeting: Scheduled for July 6, 2017.
