I left you a voice nail today and just wanted to put it in writing what we need to begin plan review: 1) Two sets of plans, so please submit another set. 2) Since the driveway is now coming from 55th instead of Gise, on the site plan please show the width and length of the paved apron and submit an extra site plan for public works to review. 3) You need 2 on -site parking spaces, each a minimum of 9' x 19' . Since you can't fit 2 in the garage please indicate on the site plan another space; it can be located in front of the garage. 4) Lot coverage: the original permit had the house at 1088 sq. ft. With the 320 sq. ft. garage and 208 sq. ft. 2 story deck it looks to me like it would total 1616 sq. ft., on a 5,000 sq. ft. lot that is 32.32%. You had 1768 sq. feet and 35% on one application and 2088 sq. ft. and 42% on another. 35% is the maximum lot coverage. Please refigure and verify, and put everything on one application as it is confusing on two applications. A building permit application is attached. 5) The 3/4 bath addition is shown on a site plan for a 2318 sq. ft. house. Your house is plan # 1768.
