10. Property corner survey pins must be located at time of f000ting inspection to verify setbacks.
20. Building may not be used as Accessory Dwelling Unit. A third parking space, kitchen and separate address would
need to be provided in order for the building to be considered an ADU. Owner to contact Development Services if
and when use of the building as an ADU is considered.
