Mlicable Quidelines: Secretary of the Interior Guidelines for Rehabilitation
After review of relevant design guidelines, the Historic Preservation Committee finds that the

to the Port Townsend Historic District AS PRESENTED, subject to the following
conditions/limitations:
1. An exterior landing of cedar decking (approx. 3' x 3') be installed;

3. If the existing air duct is to be replaced, DSD staff will review it for approval;
4. If exterior lighting is required per the building code, a spec sheet for this will be
presented to DSD staff for review and inclusion in the project file.
