We thought that it could be taken care of by re -roofing, but there has been damage to the existing floor joists and walls. We have been told that a building permit will be required to correct the problems. Most of the existing roof has already been removed and we are exposed to the weather at this point. If there is any possibility of expediting the permit process for this work, it would be greatly appreciated. Rather than put on another flat roof, we would like to put a sloped roof over this area and create an enclosed area. Thank you much for considering our request, and if you have any questions, I can be reached at 360-301- 0707.
